A Long Island family is breathing a sigh of relief after their beloved emotional support dog, Vinnie, was found safe and sound after a nearly week-long disappearance.
Vinnie, short for Vincenzo, is a 15-month-old Labradoodle who went missing last Wednesday after slipping out during a pizza delivery. The Glen Cove community rallied around the family, dedicating more than 30 hours to searching the area. Professional pet trackers, led by Kelly Brach, employed cameras and traps, ultimately leading to Vinnie's happy return.
Vinnie serves as a furry beacon of hope for Carlos Vazquez, who was connected with the lovable puppy after experiencing personal trauma in his life.
Watch the video above to see the tail-wagging reunion.
